Returns & Shipping Policy
(Please note - currently we are only selling in Switzerland)
All the Moraltive product orders are shipped from Switzerland within 48 hours of the acceptance of the order and not when the order is placed. When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been accepted. The following information is useful for time and prices for product delivery in Switzerland:

* Working days include Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm) except on public holidays and vacation periods.
**The seller is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third parties.
***We reserve the right to split the shipments up according to our shipping standards.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the Moraltive product you purchased from us, you can send it back to us within the 14 days of the purchase for a full refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase of the Moraltive products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Moraltive waxed label on the product must be intact and not removed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please check the product description if they are marked as "cannot be returned or exchanged”.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without notifying us in advance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace those Moraltive products that have production related defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should first send us an email at email@example.com and then you will be asked to send us the package to: Mukta Ramchandani Trading & Consulting, Ritterweg 4 Olten CH 4600 SWITZERLAND . The returned package must be trackable (that is sent with a tracking number). We ask this in order to be sure that your returned package is received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
